**PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOU NEED TO REPORT TO PLUMBERS & PIPE FITTERS NATIONAL PENSION FUND. THEIR REPORTING FORM AND CHECK FOR PAYMENT SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO THEM DIRECTLY.**

You are now able to download a "No Men Working" report from this website, print it off on your company letterhead and fax it to the Union Hall office instead of mailing one. Thank you!

10/3/2009  - REMITTANCE CHECKS

We are now using a check scanner for our bank deposits, so we ask that you please type or use black ink for optimum clarity in the processing of your remittance check. Thank you for your cooperation.

When sending your checks to Local #120, please be sure to include a copy of your submitted report.

7/30/2009  - CALCULATING THE GROSS WAGE RATE

**PLEASE NOTE**: to calculate the "Gross Wage Rate", you must total the hourly rate of pay the member is earning plus the current fringe package.
